It’s been another busy year for Wild Justice; here’s a very quick run through some of our highlights of 2024.

Our Ban Driven Grouse Shooting petition is flying with over 32,000 signatures.

It looks as though we are moving, oh so slowly, towards the removal of lead ammunition from most of UK shooting.

Our recent report showed that the Rodenticide Stewardship Regime is failing. It was supposed to lead to a reduction in exposure of wildlife to rat poisons and instead exposure has risen.

Skylark Close, Foxglove Avenue – we’re all familiar with street names that give a nod to the natural world. But new research shows that new housing developments are failing wildlife on a systemic and widespread scale.

This annual event is where law enforcers, statutory agencies and NGOs gather to hear the latest approaches, successes and challenges of combating wildlife crime in the UK.

It’s fun (we enjoy it anyway) to see where the signatures come from and the parliament website maps these by constituency.
